For all Refunds,Valued CustomersWe will gladly and readily make a full refund or exchange if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product(s). We have 3 days return policy in effect. This means, you will have to notify us within 3 days of receiving your package so we can initiate the refund and exchange process. However, before we process any refund and or exchange, yApproved returns will be processed for a store credit.
Because we are always updating our inventory to reflect creative and bold trends we can't ensure the items you want will be available and in the desired sizes by the time your returned items are received, so we do not offer exchanges.
We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. Please allow 7 business to process your return and issue the store credit.
Use the email address associated with your order for your return.
Choose store credit to complete your return request, after which your return ID will be provided and return instructions will be emailed to you.
Returns are only valid within 30 days after delivery date, If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t approve your return request.
Items must be received back at the return address within 30 days of delivery date to receive a store credit.
If an item is received after the 30 days has passed, we shall be unable to process such requests
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, where possible.
All items must be returned in original condition (including return post card, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
If it has been 7 business days and you haven't received your store credit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, return request ID and return tracking number.
The store credit does not expire.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
For all Exchanges,1.) Notify us via email (email@example.com). In your email, provide us with the following detailsYour name.Order details, tracking number and country of origin.Your reason(s) for the dissatisfaction.The new product(s) you want to exchange with, then we will adjust the difference in prices.2) Conditions.The product(s) should not portray any sign of wear and tear.The product(s) should be in it's original packaging with all tags and labels in place.When all is set and done, we will advice you on how to get the product(s) shipped back to us and you don’t have to worry! we will take care of all the shipping charges. Once we receive the product(s) we will initiate a new shipping label for your exchange order and keep in mind that, the shipping time will be the same as a fresh order (5-15 business days) and unfortunately you will have to pay for your shipment this time around.
Dear customers, we know TIME is of high value and so, in order to mitigate the risk and chances of processing REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, we strongly recommend you pay close attention to product details and most especially your sizing guide before you checkout.
