Once we receive the product(s), we will initiate a refund of full amount through the same method of payment you initially used. Once we receive the product(s) we will initiate a new shipping label for your exchange order and keep in mind that, the shipping time will be the same as a fresh order (5-15 business days) and unfortunately you will have to pay for your shipment this time around.
