Refund Policy

We have 3 days return policy in effect. This means, you will have to notify us within 3 days of receiving your package so we can initiate the refund and exchange process. However, before we process any refund and or exchange, you must do the following1.) Notify us via email. Once we receive the product(s), we will initiate a refund of full amount through the same method of payment you initially used. In your email, provide us with the following detailsYour name.Order details, tracking number and country of origin.Your reason(s) for the dissatisfaction.The new product(s) you want to exchange with, then we will adjust the difference in prices.2) Conditions.The product(s) should not portray any sign of wear and tear.The product(s) should be in it's original packaging with all tags and labels in place.When all is set and done, we will advice you on how to get the product(s) shipped back to us and you don’t have to worry! we will take care of all the shipping charges. Once we receive the product(s) we will initiate a new shipping label for your exchange order and keep in mind that, the shipping time will be the same as a fresh order (5-15 business days) and unfortunately you will have to pay for your shipment this time around.
