Shipping Policy

Shipping Time. Allow 5-15 business days for delivery. Once your product is sorted packaged and shipped, we will immediately notify you via email with your tracking number and your delivery service provider.

Custom's duties/Taxes. We will not be responsible for any custom duties and or taxes that may be charged when your order(s) eventually gets to your country of origin.

Refund Policy

For all Refunds,

Valued Customers

We will gladly and readily make a full refund or exchange if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product(s). We have 3 days return policy in effect. This means, you will have to notify us within 3 days of receiving your package so we can initiate the refund and exchange process. However, before we process any refund and or exchange, you must do the following

1.) Notify us via email. In your email, provide us with the following details

  • Your name.
  • Order details, tracking number and country of origin.
  • Your reason(s) for the dissatisfaction.

2) Conditions.

  • The product(s) should not portray any sign of wear and tear.
  • The product(s) should be in it's original packaging with all tags and labels in place.

When all is set and done, we will advice you on how to get the product(s) ship back to us and you don’t have to worry! we will take care of all the shipping charges. Once we receive the product(s), we will initiate a refund of full amount through the same method of payment you initially used. You will be immediately notified of the transaction and please allow 5-7 business days for your money to be deposited into you account

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

For all Exchanges,

1.) Notify us via email (glametfit2@gmail.com). In your email, provide us with the following details

  • Your name.
  • Order details, tracking number and country of origin.
  • Your reason(s) for the dissatisfaction.
  • The new product(s) you want to exchange with, then we will adjust the difference in prices.

2) Conditions.

  • The product(s) should not portray any sign of wear and tear.
  • The product(s) should be in it's original packaging with all tags and labels in place.

When all is set and done, we will advice you on how to get the product(s) shipped back to us and you don’t have to worry! we will take care of all the shipping charges. Once we receive the product(s) we will initiate a new shipping label for your exchange order and keep in mind that, the shipping time will be the same as a fresh order (5-15 business days) and unfortunately you will have to pay for your shipment this time around.
