Once we receive the product(s), we will initiate a refund of full amount through the same method of payment you initially used. You will be immediately notified of the transaction and please allow 5-7 business days for your money to be deposited into you account

Once we receive the product(s) we will initiate a new shipping label for your exchange order and keep in mind that, the shipping time will be the same as a fresh order (5-15 business days) and unfortunately you will have to pay for your shipment this time around. Dear customers, we know TIME is of high value and so, in order to mitigate the risk and chances of processing REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, we strongly recommend you pay close attention to product details and most especially your sizing guide before you checkout.
